Q: I have a coupon code. Where can I enter it?

A: Coupon codes need to be entered when checking out, when you are on the information page there will be a box where you can enter your coupon code. 

Q: I have a subscription with you but would like to cancel, how do I do it?

A: All our Mystery Sweet Packs are on a subscription basis as stated in their descriptions, if you would like to cancel, please head over to your account on our website where you can manage your subscriptions. If you checked out as a guest, please locate your confirmation email which will have a link to "manage my subscription". If you can't locate your confirmation email please email us at info@sweetpacks.co.uk with your order number and we will be able to email over a link where you can access your subscriptions to cancel.

Q: Does the courier deliver on weekends?

A: No, DPD do not deliver on weekends. They do offer Saturday delivery but as the cost is so high, we prefer not to offer it. Royal Mail Tracked 48 doesn't include Saturday deliveries, but there is a chance they may deliver on a Saturday at their own discretion.

Q: Where's my order?

A: We know you're excited to get your order - it's completely understandable! Who isn't excited for a Sweet Pack full of delicious yummy goodies!? If you'd like an update regarding the status of your order, simply get in touch with us, via e-mail (info@sweetpacks.co.uk), or Facebook (@SweetPacksUK)!

Q: Do you sell your products wholesale?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer our products wholesale at the moment. We hope to in the future!

Q: Do you have a shop?

A: Unfortunately, not – we are only online based.

Q: Can you give me some free products in return for a review on my social media?

A: In general, we do not offer this sort of partnership. However, we do have an affiliate programme which you can sign up to, located at the bottom of our website. If interested, please sign up to this and someone from the team will activate your account and get in contact with you with some options within a week.

Q: Can you donate any products to my charitable cause?

A: Whilst we encourage fund raising for a good cause, due to the large volume of charitable requests we receive every day, we are unfortunately not in a position to support them all! For that reason, we have decided that as a company we would like to support a nominated charity of our own, rather than to pick and choose between the many good causes we are asked to contribute to on a daily basis. We wish you the best of luck with your charitable endeavours, and we hope they are great success!

Q: Can you get X product?

A: Every request we get, we log with our buyer. Should there be significant demand for a product, we'll then try to find it and see if we can import it. If that's a yes, then we'll get a small supply in order to 'test the market'. Should it prove to be popular enough, we'll then source more and it will become a regular fixture amongst our product list. Please don't be afraid to ask for something you want - we want to know what you'd like to see us stock and if you don't ask, you don't get! We can't promise to get everything, but where we can, we will!

Q: If I place an order today, will it be sent out today?

A: If your order is placed before 3.30pm, we will do our best to ship it the very same day. If not, your order will usually be dispatched the next working day after it is placed, but it could take us up to 3 working days to dispatch your order during busier periods.

Q: Why can’t I pay via PayPal?

A: You are able to pay via PayPal if you are making a regular order. However, if you are wanting to order a Mystery Sweet Pack, as they are on a subscription basis, it has a different checkout to our normal one which is why it may not be offering a PayPal option.
